The production of thin walls CLADIA® with Ductal® inside, results from a great technological innovation achieved together with Lafarge-Holcim Group. It has been combined the high technical characteristics of the product , years of experiences Zanette in curtain wall cladding, elegance, modernity, quality and “Made in Italy” style.

GREEN VISION

Cladding and ventilated curtain wall made in Ductal®.
Today’s architecture is thought in function of environment and this has led Zanette to find and realize new products.
The product born from this research is CLADIA®, with Ductal® Inside, the production of panels for cladding and ventilated curtain wall made of UHPC, environmentally friendly always thinking at the well-being of future generations.
In fact, CLADIA® with Ductal® inside, is green as in the manufacturing process than in the final product. No raw material of Cladia® is obtained from petroleum.
We have obtained a completely inert material that doesn’t release dangerous substances into the environment.
Once no longer in use, it could be grinded and finding application as granulate or aggregate, or differently could be disposed into inert waste landfill sites.
The use of CLADIA® w with Ductal® Inside, in the ventilated curtain wall, with different anchoring systems, permits to reach a better thermal insulation respect of other similar material. Zanette has a “green” philosophy. In fact the production plants, which covering an area of 22.000 sqm and the headquarter, produce by themselves the energy by means of photovoltaic systems with the least architectural interference. Thanks to two vegetable oil cogeneration plants, we are able to heat our buildings.
The use of water in closed-circuit system permits to re-use it by means of water purification plant.

The cladding panels CLADIA® with Ductal® inside, have been used principally in the ventilated curtain wall systems, improving their characteristics and performances that is: – the appearance and architecture thanks to big dimensions and the wide range of colors and superficial finishings. – Energy saving, thanks to the possibility to insert insulating material into the air chamber formed between the panel and the bearing wall, maximizing the effect of ventilated panels. – Acoustic insulation due to panel mass, typical of concrete material. – High impact resistance due to the use of three-dimensional reinforced web made of glass fiber, especially for the ground floor areas. –durability over time, typical of concrete material. – Low needs of maintenances over time.

Non-polluting raw materials, environmentally friendly production.

In its factory Zanette uses “green energy” self-generated with the use pf photovoltaic systems and cogeneration plants (vegetable oils). Closed –loop with depuration of water to avoid any waste of water resources.

CLADIA® with Ductal® Inside, eco-friendly building.

The Cladia® panels, with Ductal® inside, have been compared with the aluminum and HPL panels (that are the systems most commonly used). The results show advantageous really interesting for our product.

The Cladia® panels, with Ductal® inside, are one of the best solution on the market among the cladding systems, to realize an eco-friendly building, both during manufacturing process than the replacement and final disposal

Water consumption.

The water consumption to produce Cladia® panels, with Ductal® inside, is limited at the hydration of concrete and not at the processing cycles. So the water consumption is 3 times less than aluminum solutions and 6 times less HPL solutions.

Waste production.

The Cladia® panels, with Ductal® inside, production, generates waste considered completely inert. Their pollution value is comparable to the lighter aluminum. Instead the HPL production appears the most polluting both during manufacturing process than the final disposal.
