Building environmentally sustainable: this is Cladia’s goal. A green solution both for the process through which the panels are made and for the performance guaranteed by the finished product. No raw material used for the components of Cladia is obtained through oil synthesis processes.
In addition, Cladia is a completely inert material that does not release any substance into the environment. Once decommissioned, if ground it can find application as granulate or aggregate or it can be disposed of in normal landfills for inert waste.
This is the main peculiarity of Cladia panels ideal for external facades of buildings and for internal: not only aesthetic impact with the possibility of making the facades of buildings unique, but also innovative technology.
EXTERIOR FACADES SUSTAINABLE PANELS
Use of Cladia with Ductal inside in ventilated facades with different fastening systems provides the building with greater thermal insulation than other materials used for similar applications. A green solution, Made in Italy, of absolute quality for external facades of buildings as well as for interiors.
Cladia with Ductal inside panels are produced in the Zanette factory with a process that respects the environment since energy required for production is generated by photovoltaic systems with low architectural impact. To avoid wasting water resources, water is managed in a closed circuit with purification. This use of closed cycle water allows it to be reused through purification systems.
Cladia panels for external facades of buildings and interiors are made with Ductal, a special patented material whose unique technical characteristics allow to give free rein to the architects and designers creative potential. Ductal is an extremely technological building material (very high performance concrete – UHPC), which guarantees:

Thanks to this material with elements of natural origin, Cladia allows you to coat in a sustainable way and at the same time to customize surfaces with shapes, colors, graphics or photographs. An increasingly frequent concern today is to understand what will happen to materials at the end of their life cycle, how they are disposed of and how they impact the environment.
Materials reused to preserve the environment
Cladia panels, but also everything that is part of the ventilated wall can be separated, divided and recycled in different ways. Simple materials such as sand, cement and glass fibers can be crushed and reused as substrates or inert materials. As a result, there is the possibility of significantly lowering CO2 emissions and reducing energy consumption, thus contributing to the protection of the environment.
